Kali Weaver (Jernigan) (Gamma Zeta)

Grand Regent: 2011-2013

Kali Weaver was initiated at the Gamma Zeta chapter at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. While there, she served the Chapter in multiple capacities including Vice Regent and Province Planning chair. After graduation in 2006, Kali completed a residency with the Jefferson County Department of Health in Birmingham. She has worked in Virginia as a clinical pharmacist and regional project coordinator for automation. In 2007, She married Brother Steve Weaver, an initiate of the Gamma Phi chapter. Before becoming involved internationally, Kali served Province IV as the Historian (2004) and Satrap (2005), and also chaired the Legislative Committee for two years.

She continued her journey through Kappa Psi being elected at the 52nd Grand Council Convention in Pittsburgh as the Collegiate Member-at- Large, at the 53rd Grand Council Convention elected as Grand Historian, at the 54th Grand Council Convention elected as Grand Vice Regent and at the 55th Grand Council Convention elected as Grand Regent where she served one term. During Brother Weaver’s term as Grand Regent, she was involved in making history in the fraternity. She was Grand Regent during the Province realignment, which was a stressful and demanding time. Our fraternity will forever be grateful and thrive on the changes she made while in office.
