Brian L. Furbush
Brian L. Furbush (Beta Epsilon)
Grand Regent: 1997-1999
Past Grand Regent Brian Furbush is a native of Mattawan, New Jersey. He attended pharmacy school at the University of Rhode Island where he was initiated into the Beta Epsilon Chapter in 1987. While in College, he held every office of his Chapter. He was elected Grand Regent in 1997, after serving through 4 terms on the International Executive Committee.
Past Grand Regent Furbush said that his Kappa Psi experience has “helped him prepare for every day work thing and how to deal with people in all situations”. He has many Kappa Psi memories and it was difficult to pick a favorite, but he would say that it was as serving as a pall bearer at the funeral of Past Grand Regent William R Smith. He was touched that Smith remembered him. One of his favorite Grand Council Convention memories was when he was elected Collegiate Member-at-Large in Williamsburg, VA.
